Getting ready for Steam!

- Starting screen size set to: 1920 x 1080
Both Versions:
- FIXED BUG #535 - Lake and Reefs should now have "Click Here" I think Ocean too, and jungle
- FIXED BUG #538 - Also Wrapped Food and Potion of Restoration
- FIXED BUG #539 - Buckets of Water ? Link was comment out - not sure why
- FIXED BUG #541 - Barking Mad link has changed to: https://barkingmadinc.org/click-feed/#
- FIXED BUG #544 - Bowls of Dog Food has 'Click Here', but is still active
- FIXED BUG #554 - there are [TOOLS] tagged items that should also have [CRAFTED]
- FIXED BUG #558 - Morning Sunlight should go to no button when cast as its a one shot deal
- FIXED BUG #563 - Have skillups for planting grasses and trees.
- FIXED BUG #572 - Not many actually wearable items are tagged as such
- FIXED BUG #582 - animals or animal food rewarder is +1 too many!
- Spells now have tabs for Levels - should make the spellbook easier to manage.
- Four new chest types for the Generate Page. New Items etc.
