 My scattershot updates to Karma Kingdom continue!

 UPDATE NOTES:

 - Hopefully fixed a save load issue that was affecting lobsterfolk and chickens
- FIXED BUG #178 - all the new peoples need to be added to the various population counts
- FIXED BUG #215 - Get all population, skills and spells and check they are saved / loaded
- FIXED BUG #216 - Summon Merfolk Rogue. - something wrong! Spell keeps reseting to research button
- FIXED BUG #217 - cant research Wall of Light
- 216/217 - this was because the spell flag expects to be only 0 or 1. Somehow these have gotten higher on some spells! So set the learn spell function to ignore the flag. Since the button auto-removes once clicked that's fine - I think!
- FIXED BUG #218 - Dwarf Shamans picture not appearing on live site. Same for wasteland wolf. Hairy monster pic
- FIXED BUG #219 - wasteland wolf befriend quest has teifling pic
- FIXED BUG #221 - rock golem did not go up 1 when I paid Artificer to make one
- FIXED BUG #222 - how to get a hex mage? (was not counting high enough in random event loop)
- Added Mist Ravens (from random MTG card - 'Mist Raven')
- IDEA #335 - improve gather fruit (not pay) so that there is a small chance of getting a golden apple. (Note: chance of finding a golden apple depends on Forage skill)
- IDEA #483 - apply nipper function to gem cutting
- IDEA #490 - hairy monster first XP msg should be blue
- Added Tome of Legends (from random MTG card - 'Tome of Legends')
- Added a place holder for Demsa the Dance (from random MTG card - 'Diaochan, Artful Beauty'). Making more work for myself. Will have to start making the Heros page actually do something!
- Added filters for items. Just buttons for now, but will improve (use a drop down box?) later.
- All weapons can now be evaluated.
